One of my favourite drinks in the world is a Chai Tea Latte. I love the spicy aroma, creamy milk, and the sweetness from the honey and sugar. This recipe for Spicy Chai Tea turned out amazing. It is the perfect balance of spiciness and sweetness. I have tried out other recipes and this is by far my favourite. If you to are a Chai Tea Latte fan like me give this recipe a try; it would go great with a cinnamon biscotti or even a slice of spicy coffee cake.
While we were in Germany two summers ago my family ordered hot chocolate. Instead of traditional hot chocolate they brought us steamed milk with milk chocolate, white chocolate and semi sweet chocolate chips on the side. They told us that we could melt the chocolate into the milk and make it to our own taste. I thought this was a great idea and decided to recreate this when I got home. This would be a great treat to serve after a heavy holiday meal or even at a Christmas tea. (more…)
