Just finished making these and they are Awesome!!! Instead of plain honey , all I had was cinnamon honey and instead of throwing in dried berries, I threw in a handful of chopped dark chocolate, cause dark chocolate IS Healthy for you, Right??

Just stumbled across your website and will be trying out many of your recipes.
I just did try out the Chocolate Almond Meringue cookies and think they turned out quite well (except a couple crumbled a bit when I took them off the parchment paper. However they do taste great.
The recipe is a tiny bit confusing though ... I could not figure out if the 1/2 cup sugar (not the 1 cup) was supposed to be granulated or icing. I ended up using icing which is why maybe they might be a bit sweeter than I'd like.

I just enrolled in a class for Sept 29. Anything I should know ahead of time. First time in Europe and probably won't be able to go again, so I wanted this trip to be memorable.

If your boy doesn't want to eat animals, why are you making him? There's nothing wrong with not eating meat... I like how kids can think through the 'not eating animals' topic, and see it for what it is... they think it's gross, and we as adults who often take that we eat animals for granted should think twice on why we do.
